The Assistant Maintenance Superintendent will report to the Superintendent, it is a forty (40) hour work week, Wednesday thru Sunday- 2:30 until 11PM. This position is a "hands on" supervisory position and will be responsible for the quality of work for the shift team. This person will also be involved in such duties as sweeping vestibules and entranceway aprons, police trash and debris, spot cleaning glass, seating areas and restrooms on a continuous basis. The hourly pay is competitive.
