VP/Revenue Cycle Management | ProBill, a National Emergency Physician practice with offices in Huntington, WV seeks a VP/Revenue Cycle Management who will effectively lead a staff of 75+ professionals, who make up the medical billing, accounts receivable and call center teams. The VP/ Revenue Cycle Management will coordinate the activities of the centralized billing and collection staff through daily supervision while overseeing all billing and accounts receivable functions. Including but not limited to: maintain and improve billing policies and procedures, establish and maintain communication with insurance companies in contract negotiations and schedule analysis; while maintaining a full understanding of ProBill and NES Healthcare Group and all aspects of revenue cycle management. Qualifications: Must have 5+ years of strong supervisory background dealing with medical billing and collections. Strong computer and written skills are required. Prefer someone who has previously managed a billing company and is interested in developing the processes necessary to provide billing services to outside providers.
