Need someone to make a birthday cake ASAP

I need someone to make a birthday cake for the 29th of November for my soon to be 4 year old daughter. It will probably serve about 15-20 people. I would like to make some changes to it though.
Here is what I would like to change to the cake:
The two tiers I would like them to be larger
Four towers instead of 6. (because she will be turning four years old)
Just the 3 figurines of Snow White, Belle, and Cinderella
I wouldn't need the "happy birthday" on there either
OTHER than that I would like the cake to look just like that.
